CLEVELAND, Ohio — April 19, 2026 — Round 14 of the 2026 AMA SuperMotocross Championship delivered a dramatic night of racing as Supercross returned to Cleveland, Ohio. Ken Roczen earned the overall victory aboard his #94 Progressive Insurance / Cycle Gear ECSTAR Suzuki, dominating the Triple Crown format with 2-2-1 finishes across the three Main Events. The win moves Roczen to just one point out of the championship lead with three rounds remaining.

RACE RECAP
Challenging weather conditions and the Triple Crown format set the stage for a high-pressure night inside Cleveland. Roczen rose to the occasion, delivering consistent rides in all three Main Events to secure the overall victory. Despite the chaos that loomed with rain and multiple starts, the team executed flawlessly throughout the night.
Pipes Motorsports Group teammate Colt Nichols attempted to suit up for the weekend on his #45 Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance, but a neck injury sustained earlier in the week forced him to withdraw after qualifying.

“It was a pretty tough day. It was a super early day and we knew with the weather that the track was going to be really dry. After a tough heat race, we still had high hopes for the main. I led for quite a few laps and was planning on bringing it home in second, but I made a small mistake and went down. I was able to get back up quickly, pass back into third, and finish on the podium. It wasn’t our best day, but a podium is always good.”
“Great night in Cleveland for the team,” said Team Principal Dustin Pipes. “The energy in the city was palpable and the fans really showed up for Ken. The weather made the race tricky, but Ken was able to come out with the overall win. Colt dealt with a neck injury, and we collectively decided to sit this round out after trying to give it a go in qualifying.”
“Dealing with some pain in my neck,” said Colt Nichols. “I attempted to ride in practice but couldn’t even put a lap together. I’ll get some scans and do whatever I can to be ready for Philly.”
