ROCZEN CLAIMS BACK-TO-BACK SUPERCROSS WINS IN ST. LOUIS

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (April 4, 2026) – The 2026 AMA SuperMotocross World Championship continued on Saturday night in St. Louis, Missouri, where Ken Roczen delivered a flawless performance during Round 12 of the AMA Supercross season. Roczen put an exclamation point on the night by leading from qualifying to the final lap, claiming his first back-to-back AMA Supercross victories with Pipes Motorsports Group aboard his #94 Progressive Insurance/Cycle Gear ECSTAR Suzuki.

The win marks a major milestone for Roczen and the team, as he continues to gain momentum in the championship hunt. With five rounds remaining, Roczen now sits just five points out of the championship lead.

Pipes Motorsports Group teammate Colt Nichols battled through a challenging day to secure a 13th-place finish in the main event aboard his #45 Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance.

QUOTES

Ken Roczen:
“St. Louis was good to us. It was a brutal day—the track was unexpectedly soft compared to when we were here for the SMX Playoffs. It made for some crazy racing with tall obstacles and really tricky rhythm lanes. I knew the track would get torn up fast. We won qualifying, won our heat race, and won the main event. It was such a dream ride to bring that win home. That’s back-to-back for me, a first since 2021, and I’m really on a high right now. I’m enjoying every bit of it, but I know I have to stay focused, and that’s what we’re going to do.”

Colt Nichols:
“It was an eventful day. Honestly, it started off not great—I felt really off early. As we kept making changes to the bike, it kept getting better. I didn’t get the best start in the main event and was a little too slow at the beginning, but I rode up to 13th. I’ve been better and worse, so we’ll keep working and try again next weekend.”

Dustin Pipes – Team Principal:
“Great night in St. Louis. Ken executed perfectly all day through qualifying, the heat race, and the main event. I’m amazed at how in tune he is with the motorcycle and his team. Colt had a solid 13th-place finish after a tough start to the day—he belongs in the top 10 and will continue building.
