Podium Night for Roczen & Anderson at World Supercross Vancouver

Vancouver, Canada — The second round of the World Supercross Championship at BC Place Stadium delivered a standout night for the Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki team as both Ken Roczen and Jason Anderson landed on the podium. Roczen secured 2nd place, Anderson finished 3rd, and the pair now sit first and second in the premier-class championship standings.

Team Manager Larry Brooks praised the riders and the strong team dynamic throughout the weekend.

“It was a really good night,” Brooks said. “We have two elite riders finishing on the podium, and there’s still room to improve. They’re motivated, and I know they’ll continue to move forward. The vibe in the pits was great—everyone worked well together. It was a really fun and productive weekend.”

Roczen highlighted the challenging track conditions but was pleased with the outcome.

“It was a very tricky track and not my favorite style of dirt,” said Roczen. “So I’m actually really stoked with how I raced. I won the second main, and even with a couple mistakes in the third, I’m in a great spot heading into Anaheim. I feel good physically, my bike is really strong, the team worked awesome, and we were able to come away with another podium.”

Anderson continued building momentum after Round 1:

“I was really able to put it together in the mains,” Anderson said. “It felt good to have solid pace and finish third on the podium. It’s an improvement from Argentina, and we’ll see if we can keep the ball rolling.”

SX2 Class Results – RM-Z 250 Riders

Robbie Wageman (#64) delivered another step forward in the SX2 division, finishing 9th on the RM-Z 250. With only two races under his belt, Wageman continues to build momentum, and the team expects him to finish strong in the upcoming rounds.

Kyle Chisholm (#11) finished 13th for the night after a tough crash in SX2 – GP Race 3. Chisholm will use the upcoming two-week break to recover and reset before returning to competition.

The World Supercross Championship now heads to the Gold Coast, Australia for Round 3. With three rounds remaining, Roczen leads the championship, with Anderson close behind in second, while the SX2 squad aims to keep climbing the leaderboard.
