Mount Morris, PA (June 15, 2025) — The fourth round of the 2025 Pro Motocross Championship took riders to the scenic hills of Mount Morris, Pennsylvania for the annual visit to High Point Raceway. The day offered a mix of intensity and unpredictability, with the second moto cut short due to heavy rain and an incoming thunderstorm that flooded parts of the track.
“It was a good day for the team,” said Team Manager Larry Brooks. “Benoit Paturel finished 11th and Colt Nichols 12th overall. Both guys rode solid. That second moto was wild — the downpour and thunderstorm made it more about survival, and ultimately, they had to red flag the race. It was a rough one, but we got it done.”
Benoit Paturel delivered a consistent performance, going 11-10 in the motos to secure 11th overall aboard his #103 Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance.
“Decent day,” said Paturel. “I was close to the top 10 overall. It’s a bit frustrating to lose 10th on the last lap of Moto 1. In the second moto, I had a good start and rode safe to finish 10th. It could’ve been better, but we’ll take it. It was good to put in a solid ride after a tough weekend last round. We’ll keep working hard to improve each week. Big thanks to the team — they’re giving 200%.”
Colt Nichols also showed resilience, finishing 13-12 in the motos for 12th overall on his #45 Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance.
“High Point is one of my favorite tracks of the year,” said Nichols. “I was really excited to race here. I got a terrible start in the first moto but charged through to finish 13th. The second moto was better off the gate, but then the rain came down and it became a matter of surviving the conditions. I brought it home in 12th.”
