This past Saturday marked the 7th round of the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship series at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Fans arrived early to get the most out of Fan Fest and experience the Military Appreciation activities and the second of three Triple Crown races scheduled for this year. Triple Crown races consist of three main events, unlike a typical race day single main event format. The top 18 qualifiers automatically advance to the night show in these races, while the remaining participants compete in the Last Chance Qualifier for the last four starting positions.
Pipes Motorsports Group, led by Adam Enticknap, hosted an incredible VIP fan experience in Dallas. Fans had the opportunity to experience Supercross like never before. They met the team, enjoyed time in the paddock, got a close-up view of the track, and left with bags full of merchandise—a memorable experience they will never forget.
It was an exciting three motos for Ken Roczen. Very close to finishing on top of the box, the #94 Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki finished 2nd overall. “Of course, out of the three starts, there has to be a bad one,” said Ken Roczen. “That really hurt my overall. I did the best I could today, and I am happy with that. This dirt is probably my least favorite of the year; it looks good and tacky, but it’s not. Overall, I am happy to be on the podium. The championship is long. We keep doing the best we can and getting on the podium, and then hopefully, we can close that points gap.” Ken went 1-5-3 for 2nd overall.

It was close to being another strong overall finish from Colt Nichols. The #45 Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance had two solid main events before a crash in the last race hurt his overall result. “Was decent round for me,” said Colt Nichols. “I actually qualified the best I have so far this year. I made a lot of steps throughout the day that I am really proud of. I just ended up crashing in the last moto, so that was unfortunate. I finally put myself in a good position inside the top ten, but I had a little crash. That’s a part of racing, so it’s okay. We will dust that off and come back again next weekend.” Colt went 14-13-22 for 15th overall.
The team veteran, Kyle Chisholm, fought through some adversity early on, racing the last-chance qualifier for a spot in the main events. “Honestly a little of a rough day for me,” said Kyle Chisholm. “I just couldn’t get a fast lap in qualifying, and I missed out on transferring directly into the main. I was bummed about that; I had a really good round and week leading up to the race. I was able to rip a good start in the LCQ and I was able to win the race. It’s never where you want to be, but if you are going to be in it, you might as well win it. So, I had some fun and got some extra track time. I had a decent first main, but I had a crash in the last two mains. The last crash I was lucky to walk away from okay. It was a hard hit but luckily just have some bumps and bruises. I swapped in the whoops; I went over the bars, and the bike landed on me. All in all, it’s okay. Those mistakes aren’t very characteristic of me. We will keep working and come back to Daytona.” Kyle went 16-21-21 for 20th overall on his Twisted Tea Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance.
Bike week is upon us. To kick things into high gear, Supercross will start off the festivities this Saturday at the Daytona International Raceway in Daytona, Florida. You can catch round 8 live on PEACOCK TV, beginning with Race Day Live at 10:30 AM PST, followed by the first gate drop at 4:00 PM PST.
